A Nourishing Place LLC Terms and Conditions:September 1, 2022:
A Nourishing Place LLC offers coaching, retreats, women's circles, courses, products, and downloads available at different times. All of these are sold "as is" and are non refundable. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you understand that you are responsible for your own choices, wellbeing and yourself. Kelly Newton, owner or A Nourishing Place LLC, is not a therapist or medical doctor. As such, she does not diagnose and is not here to cure anything. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you release Kelly Newton and A Nourishing Place LLC for any injury or physical, mental, emotional or spiritual.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are agreeing that
- You will show up on time to your session, reading, event, etc.
- You will make your payments on time and in the amount that we have agreed upon.
- You understand that no coaching package, session or otherwise is refundable.
- There are no guarantees made.
- You take full responsibility for yourself, your actions and your wellbeing.
- You agree that should you at any point need medical or psychiatric help, you will seek this help immediately.
- You understand that Kelly Newton is a guide, support, mentor, coach that will assist you on your healing path and that you must to the work yourself. Kelly Newton is not responsible for the transformation that you may or may not have, as it is you who does the work.
- You understand that if you have any issues with Kelly Newton, A Nourishing Place or our sessions, that you are responsible for bringing them to Kelly Newton so they can be resolved.
- Aware: A 14 day experience is a personal journey and journal. The results are not guaranteed. You may not share the journal with anyone, it is for your personal use only.
- At any in-person event or virtual event, course, workshop, etc, attendee is held responsible for their own safety and wellbeing. Kelly Newton and A Nourishing Place LLC cannot be held responsible for any injuries.
- When you purchase or book an event or session, you will be automatically added to the A Nourishing Place LLC e-mail list and may subscribe at anytime.
Coaching sessions
- Are held with audio or video call between client and Kelly Newton. Sessions will NOT be recorded unless the client and Kelly Newton have made another arrangement, which will be in writing via e-mail or text.
- Sessions to be paid in advance and in full, unless discussed between Kelly Newton and client.
- Sessions are 60-90 minutes as coordinated with Kelly Newton and client.
- No session is refundable. May be rescheduled 24 hours ahead of time. If this happens regularly, then it will not be allowed any longer. If there is a no-show appointment, that appointment will not be refunded. I understand that life happens and you may have a last minute emergency. If this is the case, contact Kelly Newton at hello@anourishingplace as soon as possible.
- If Reiki/Energy healing is included, Kelly Newton makes no guarantee of what you will feel or experience in those sessions.
- There will be office hours provided and Kelly Newton will get back to you during these hours
